Festivalsko dogajanje v Mariboru je doživelo svoj mednarodni vrhunec, saj je britanska zasedba Morcheeba s sinočnjim koncertom na Trgu Leona Štuklja ponudila dve uri popolnega glasbenega odklopa od vsakodnevnega stresa in potrdila status prvega imena trip-hop scene. Glavna gonilna sila skupine sta karizmatična pevka Skye Edwards in virtuozni kitarist Ross Godfrey, ki sta mariborskemu občinstvu premierno predstavila material z novega studijskega albuma Escape the Chaos, ob tem pa nista pozabila na večne klasike, ob katerih je prepeval in plesal ves trg.
Očarljiva pevka Skye je zbranim postregla z izjemno odrsko prezenco in odpela uspešnice, kot so The Sea, Trigger Hippie in Rome Wasn't Built in a Day, s čimer je na Glavni oder prinesla povsem svežo, sproščeno in magično energijo.
Po devetih dneh pestrega kulturnega utripa se Festival Lent kmalu zaključuje, saj bo sklepni večer na Trgu Leona Štuklja tradicionalno pripadel barviti zaključni prireditvi, ki jo bo oblikoval mednarodni folklorni festival Folkart.
